This is where record cutters raise questions about cutting, and trade wisdom and experiment results. We love Scully, Neumann, Presto, & Rek-O-Kut lathes and Wilcox-Gay Recordios (among others). We are excited by the various modern pro and semi-pro systems, too, in production and development. We use strange, extinct disc-based dictation machines. And other stuff, too.
What do you guys think about this one? Anyone familiar with this brand? I know it is australian. Cuts from the inside out, I am thinking about purchasing this but I wanted to get some opinions first, seems like it could be a fun unit, the price is right.
It is interesting, since it cuts from the inside out, I'll bet I could start cutting in the space where the label usually is. I know the cutter head can be replaced too; will keep us updated when the shipment arrives.
