I've used Terry before also, with excellent results for both turntable idlers as well as tape machine parts. A few years ago the only place I knew of that was doing this kind of work was Russell Industries. I'd sent my 6N idlers to them and discovered when they came back they'd simply ground off an amount of the existing rubber, then molded new to the old. You could see where the old ended and the new began, and they weren't exactly 'true' either, making some very slight noise and creeping up the idler shaft when in operation. When I found his website, I sent the same idlers to Terry and when I got them back they looked factory new. Same goes for tape machine parts. Can't recommend him enough.
