Lost the buyers

Good day,

We have the problem and decide to ask you. May be you can help us.
We sold the press to the company Sacred Bones to Nick on ebay.
They did the payment we shipped it, it's arrive to the New York port about three weeks ago.
I connect with Nick (about two weeks ago), he told me that he know, he discuss with the logistic company how to do the customs clearance.
And then NO answer. Left two weeks after our conversation and the press stay in port.
I worried, may be something happened.
It's stay in port and for the keeping they will pay many money.

May be somebody know how I can find them?
