My name is Andrew, I am a musician and vinyl enthusiast from Toronto, Canada.
About a year ago, I finished recording an EP and wanted to get a few copies on vinyl. After seeing that the minimum press run is about 300, I discovered lathe-cuts, and became fascinated with the community. I have been reading and learning so much from this website, I wanted to say thanks to everyone who has added to the threads.
I have been trying to buy a lathe for 8 months now. I have lost a quite a few ebay bids last minute, and I have no clue if Souri will ever sell me one
. If anyone has any tips or leads on an available lathe, please let me know. After reading through Boden's book and most of the resources posted on here, I am very excited/anxious to start cutting. Cheers!
