Enough discs have now been baked and packed in shipping boxes. Still in the process,

I am only shipping 10" lacquer discs now but not masters.

I have now sent masters to 3 locations in the world (UK USA & Australia) for electroplating tests & wont be shipping masters unless I get good feedback. I am still waiting on things I need to upgrade the curing racks to start making 12" & 14" discs.

You can now get a qty. 15 pack or a qty. 20 pack box of discs.

I can also re-sharpen some cutting styluses. I made my own lapidary machine.

8 & 16 channels & the 16 channel can easily be changed/upgraded to a 24 channel by moving the syringes setup from the 8 channel to the middle of the 16 channel unit. No curtain coater & very easy to do maintenance. I am somewhat disabled so I have designed things that work good for me. My system setup is now very efficient & I am still looking at ways to improve things & if things go well the price for discs will still be reasonable.

No, I have not started to ship masters for production only for electroplating tests in UK USA & Australia. Since some processes are a little different its good to get feedback from a wide area in the industry.

Back in the 90s I did not make masters only dub plates. I cant think of any reason from my research why my formula wont work but I still want confirmation on the process before I start shipping masters.
