okay i posted awhile ago about my meissner model 9-1065 cutting with high end surface noise before and after on and off months fiddling with it, i have determined that the left channel cuts decent enough and the right channel is the surface noise. this is a mono cutter so im assuming it is vibrating...

this still cuts with a good amount of high end surface noise, im not really sure where to start to fix this problem. does anyone have any ideawhat might be the cause of this problem?

what are good or your favorite non traditional substrates to cut on?
or explain what youve tried and whats worked or hasnt and why.
