Re: PVC Recycling
I built one from mostly scrap steel, it's not a precision tool, but it knocks out a label as fast as you can load it. Cost less than $1000 in pneumatic parts. 20230315_173025.jpg Very nice! It is great that you have the skill and knowledge to build your own. I finally found one similar to the one y...

Re: Any small run pressing plants in the USA?
Hi Jay, I'm Mary and I work for a pressing plant in Canada (near Montreal) and we offer short runs (100+). For small runs, we offer shipping from the USA if that's preferable for some customers, since we're right across the border. So you can skip the customs fees. All goods are sold in Canadian cur...

Re: PVC Recycling
We had this designed and made by a local engineering company.... Oh thank you! Awesome that you had the opportunity to have it custom made and now available to others. I'm going to contact them and see if it's realistic for us. Maybe the compact version. As you say, shipping might be quite expensive.

Re: PVC Recycling
Hi everyone. I was wondering if you knew where I could find a 12" vinyl punch. We're opening up a pressing shop in Canada this summer and are equipping it with what we need. Do you have any brands to recommend? I've seen the P-50 Automatic Record Reclaimer Label Punch from RPA, but I'm wondering if ...
