Re: A simple and inexpensive stereo cutter YOU can build!

Now when you say you floated the stylus holder in rubber what do you mean? Sorry I'm just having trouble really grasping what to do. I really.would.love to give this a shot. I have some 8ohm 3 watt Dayton audio exciters. You think they would work?

Looking for a project lathe

So I've got a K8 and a Japanese lathe but I would like to have a lathe with an overhead added in the mix. Sadly I can't afford a fully restored one right now so I'm seeing if I can find a decent project one for something I can afford and try and fix it up a bit. Idk show me what you got. Thanks guys

1C cutter head

Hey guys, so I ordered a 1C cutter head to go with my K8 and it's wound for 500ohms. I know I should probably get it rewound for 8 ohms but right now I'd like to try and keep it at original specs. With that I know there's a way to hook up a transformer going from 8 to 500. I however am not sure how ...

Matsusho Disc Recorder ForSale

I own Matsusho disk FS I've been flirting with the idea of having it fixed or selling. It mostly works but the motor sometimes needs help getting started then it will continue to run. So if you'd be interested in buying it shoot me an offer or if you can fix it shoot me a quote

Thanks a bunch

K8 and matsusho diskLL questions

Hello everyone I've been embossing for a few months now and I think I'm getting pretty good results with my K8 except I'm getting quite a bit of flutter in the higher frequencies such as acoustic guitar. If anyone has suggestions on how to fix that that would be great. Also I have a matsusho diskLL ...
