you write all sorts of different colors? can you please tell me where you get colored lexan from? do they sell black as well?
i have been trying to find black lexan but haven't had any luck.

ok that's not very long lifespan.....
hm i just can't believe i cannot get blacl lexan sheets.
you can get black pvc sheets but not polycarbonate.
does anyone know why?

@ piaptk i was trying to get pc sheets cut. it was normal lexan. they told me it"s so expensive because they mill it on a cnc machine. as far as i remember it was 1,5 mm. i reckon you are talking about getting blank vinyl printed? @ mossboss you are the right person to ask i think. would you recomme...

i had a look around and got some quotes from differnt companies in germany and this was just a waste of time. i wanted to get 300 cut in total. 7,10 and 12 " and they still wanted to have bloody 2500 euros for it. a question i have for you guys. has anybody found black lexan? i couldn't find this. c...

this material would bend if you harden it. every steel bends if you harden it. i think the only way to get a very accurate hard thread is to harden it and to grind it afterwards which that means. - machining and cutting the tread (not finished) - harden the material - machining it again (finishing) ...

no idea but if you ind out where to get blanks from let me know ok:) i mean to get lexan sheets is not a problem but how to cut exact circles thats a bit more difficult. it wouldn't be a problem with a cnc machine. i tried to get some made in germnay and the price for cutting was just ridiciolus.. s...
