Hi guys these days I make a rpm counter based on arduino. As many people say that type of pic's havent accurate timing ? in my experience with that i can say no turntable have the same spin time never .. whats the tolerance of that ? maybe im going mad and the system runs relatively well .... someon...

Low end ? distorted ? are you saturating some transformer ? Try to apply less input and more output ( if can doit @ the VRX.).

I'm doing that with the 1C , and maybe im killing the head , compensating the 50/60 hz problem and cutting at 78 , y use + 25 pitch obtainig a 45 perfect pitch record , half speed cutting is -12 of pitch ? That means i get 2 times worst than the improvement of half speed compared to normal cutting ?...

Yes , absolutely as Kris says , if you plus the motor freq change maybe more , with the K10 using the 78 shaft , if i pitch up the audio +24.7 percent ive got a 45 rpm recorded and played with 50 hz machines , is more than 3 times than an usual tt pitch control .
