A year later and I am nearly there.

I only have the 45 motor to fit and build the board to power this part.

Thanks to Amp Doc for sorting out the circuit from the 45 adaptor

The angle of the head can also cause BG noise.

Normally 90 degrees on these heads.

Older disc need to be preheated before cutting to about 36 to 39 degrees - this will eliminate a lot of BG noise.

A 40ft container from the US to the UK is about £2350 a 20ft is about half the price - I know I ship them.
