What Anti static spray
Hello there trolls.
I have been cutting for 4 years with an MSS mono lathe, with myshank diamonds and blanks.
I have used various anti static sprays, mainly Staticide and my favorite Turtle wax: Wax and dry.
But you can only get Turtle wax: Wax and dry in the USA, so getting it is tricky. ( I am in the UK.)
So I emailed turtle wax company and they said the equivalent in UK is called Turtle wax: Wax it Wet.
But it's just not as good and very greasy.
What spray does anyone else use?
Best Wishes
Nik

Someone needs to work out what is in Souri's as it works well.. .
Re: What Anti static spray
did you have any luck with the Myshank anti-static?
I used that and it worked fine.
I started making my own out of water and a few drops of dish soap, also good.
these days I use water + 10 sprays of this:

might be worth trying any readily available laundry anti-wrinkle spray without scent

Hello
Thanks for the response. I have been trying water and dish soap and it's been working fine so far. So will stick to that for now and forget the car wax etc.
Yes I wonder how you'd analyse what's in bought anti static spray. My dad would be able to help if he was alive!
