Anyone have a miniDSP?

Its made for the speaker crowd but I think it would also be a good fit for a lathe. It runs a FPGA chip that can do processing in real time with analog and digital inputs Cheapish too at $200usd
My idea is to do the RIAA EQ and all the necessary processing to get as flat as possible. Kinda a set it and forget it tool. I would do all my additional processing externally with my computer or with hardware.
The signal flow would be -> adjustments to program mataral -> miniDSP -> cutting head.
Seems like a good utility kit to have around

Hi,
I've been using the $20 Sure DSP board that has an ADAU1071 on board . You can develop your filters, limiters, and other effects using Analog Devices Sigma Studio. They also sell the programmer and a I/O baord.
