Laser cut records
Hello all. This is my first message on newbie forum. Well, i stumbled upon this site earlier today. I wonder if the machine mentioned on the site is suitable for record cutting. Please share your thoughts. Cheers.

OK, now I want one!

As forum members know Austrian Company Rebeat Digital has an interesting project: (http://www.digitalmusicnews.com/2016/03/15/high-definition-vinyl-will-soon-become-a-reality/) Of course i don't know if Glowforge is better than their equipment. If it were, that would be great for record industry

It's a solution looking for a problem. Cutting the groove isn't the limiting factor.
