Looking for the schematic for a Neumann elliptical eq.

Anyone tried the Avenson Mid/Side for this purpose?

Thanks,
Andrew

Which one? EE66/70 or EE77.

Either 66 or 70 would be great. Does either one use an actual Cauer filter for the Side channel h/p? That equiripple setting looks like it might help in a pinch. (;

Thanks,
Andrew

The EE66 and EE70 are the same circuit. The EE70 was just a new board layout. This one uses an inductor in the crossover so is not not really suitable for cloning.

I had a board laid out for the EE77. The circuit is the same but there are some improvements. The FET switching was removed. I'm using a rotary switch. All the quad opamps were replaced with singles and there are THAT 1246/1646 line driver and receivers (which can be bypassed). If you want one let me know. I can make a unit but I'm not selling boards. I spent a lot having the boards laid out and can't sell them cheap.

I have the EE77 in a PDF. It's two pages that aren't joined together. I'm not sure if I can upload the file to this board.

yes, gold is right, the earlier versions have a special inductor,
if you are experienced in coil winding, no problem....
like to see the EE77 also :)
please send me email or PM, I can upload it for the board.

can´t find the EE66 schematics anymore...

I suspect you could swap in a 10H inductor for the one in that Neumann schematic; the impedances look about right. I'm planning to build a passive version of this circuit to throw across my inputs when needed.
