Alan, I placed a link to your manual on the Wiki- hope that's okay.

Hello
I want to repeat the scheme of RA-1574. I can not find the technical options have the transformer T-2, T-3. What is the model of transformers? Maybe someone has a winding data?
Changes? Photo?
Thanks for advance!
George.

The Boden book has the skinny for a 'D': I have 'E's modded by Al Grundy which I have gone over fairly thoroughly, and the D skinny is VERY close to what I see on my bench. In fact, I am somewhat at a loss to tell the differences, so they must be either subtle, or in a place I haven't touched, or wiped by Al. I suspect that the output transformer MAY have taps for ultra-linear operation, but I have not broken the harness yet to see, as the 6146s that Al used would flip out with such a high screen voltage, without substantially raising the bias. He runs the screens at 180 volts (191 measured zener clamped), and I found that to be necessary (the hard way) to keep plate currents in tow. As such the amps put out just a hair under 60 watts (1kHz) before parasitics begin to rear their ugly heads, and that's on a resistive load! If I sort these things, I will post what I find.
