Webster cutterhead manual, schematic diagrams anything

Got a webster head (supplied in bits) and put it back together. Producing sound but the armature is catching - need to know if there's supposed to be a dampner or where the adjustment takes place. A pretty low end end but useful to me to have running. It looks like a fairly typical horseshoe type but could do with some reference stuff. Thanks in advance

Hello sir!

I don't have any schematics, but i have 2 webster heads that are built and one is confirmed working. I can give you up close photos of the internal workings

Hi, that would be super helpful to make sure I've not missed anything. I got mine up and running in the end and relatively loud - the only vid I have I uploaded to the guild group on fb so apologies for cross-posting: https://www.facebook.com/groups/363684670694602/permalink/1875674989495555/

I did an exploded view of the webster head. The rubber dampening will go up top under the two rubber dampening tabs
