Presto 6N Part Needed

My Presto 6n lathe currently has 33RPM and 78RPM idler pucks. I want to replace the 78RPM puck, which is in great shape, with a 45RPM puck. Looking for a solution, or someone to point me in the right direction. Thanks,
Nick Stevens

The puck size doesn't determine speed on a 6n, the capstan on the motor does. You can have the larger section cut down for 45rpm or add a sleeve to the smaller section. Not sure who is making/ selling sleeves currently.
