Hello cutting freaks!

I have finished a pvc/vinyl/lacquer cutter soon, and this will be for sale
in the next weeks. I will update this post with pictures & infos regularly.
If you have questions, you can ask them here, I will answer them here.
The machine contains the following parts:

-Technics SP-10 MK2 as turntable motor (much better performance then the SL1210 etc.)
-optional 14" vacuum turntable platter, standard 12" rubber plate or metal plate is also possible
-strong dynamic cutting head (little bit more power then the vinylrecorder head) with
chip suction
-cutting amp 2x 700 Watts @ 4 Ohm
-headmount with oil damping, has hole for neumann tap, so can be upgraded easy
with a feedback cutting head.
-nice linear drive unit from a german manufacturer
-pitch motor & pitch computer control for variable pitch & lot of automatic functions
-digital microscope & optics with HDMI monitor for groove inspection
-2x diamond stylus & some blanks are included

the cutting head correction will be done with a EQ plugin, so no much additional hardware is needed.
the machine is designed, to sit on a 19" rack, but can be used on any stable desk without problems.

At the moment, everything sits on a wood plate with simple steel angles. this will be replaced
by a massive 20mm aluminium plate & stands in the next weeks.

price will be around 18.000 Euro, depending of some options (vacuum platter)
the machine is located in South Bavaria, Germany approx. one hour from Munich and
will be available in approx. 6-8 weeks from now.
a fix reservation can be done by a deposit of 50% of the final price.

there is only one machine available.

yes, here some updates/details:

-Technics SP10 MK2 Motor with Vacuum Turntable
-Dynamic cutting head (mostly a clone of the vinylrecorder head, but with better drivers)
-pro headmount , deepth coil can be added
-nice linear IGUS linear movement
-Sawasound GM-1 Pitch Controller with Motor
-microscope with lamp & monitor
system can be easy updated

because of the size of the cutting head, I do last modifications on the
suction system, I did a recap of the SP10, so it works like charm now.
the head need to be calibrated to the pitch, and some testcuts, then
it is ready to go!
can cut plastic & laquer discs
sound of the head is very nice, the same like vinylrecorder, if not a bit better.
a bit undefined bass, because of the non-feedback design.

I calculated price a bit high. Final price is arround 13 Euro.
Machine can be converted to a pro lathe with some upgrades.
