Nothing to do with me, but it is up there for anyone who wants it.

No electronics to speak of, and with the gear head cutter drive, but it looks reasonably tidy.
Seller is in Brooklyn, NY, USA.

I have one Fairchild 723 and the Owner Manual if anyone need some advice is free.
I bought here a couple years ago My Record Lathe I use to work a Fairchild 740.
