This seller's email and info doesn't come up on google. I asked him to provide any documentation of who he is, or where the cutterhead came from... but then no return email. Beware.

Not sure, but to me this looks like a scam - same info and pic as auction not long ago from well known forum member/ long time cutting engineer...
There are a lot of neumann scams out - beware!!! Best to ask detail questions and do personal pickup...

be aware, the head is also offered by a guy called "robert letard".
the photos he is sending to interested buyers are not from him.
he forwarded me to a site called (www.advanced-cargoline.com)
this company should handle the shipping and payment for security.
