looking for microscope

Hi trolls, I'm writing because I'm looking for a microscope. I'd like to find something that would be good for measuring grooves. I've tried a couple USB microscopes but they didn't have enough magnification. Anyone have a lead on a good microscope (USB or standard) that can be used for measuring grooves?
