All parts for A80's are available from http://audiohouse.ch They aren't cheap but they have NOS parts. I have three A80's and I have replaced brake bands/drums and dash pots in all of them. Those are the parts that wear out and will be unobtainium.

Athan in San Francisco does good capstan motor rebuilds. I just had two rebuilt which leaves me with a spare. He can rebuild reel motors too so I'm not too concerned about those.
