This product is made by one of our forum members: Rolandjays. Best person to ask will be him.

Also if you look at his other items for sale, he has a 192 lpi 6n lead screws for sale as well

yep I saw that screws, nice work! but unfortunately ROK M-12S ones are not usual ones, they contains built-in friction to work out spirals...
