Neat. You can't do that with a CD.

Hmm...I noted with interest they said no Beatles records were harmed...just garage sale non-valuable items.
They should remember: "One man's junk is another man's treasure..." LOL

I suppose some wily promoter in the People's Republic of China will put together a troupe of circus acrobats who can perform this video live - and never miss (to ensure their grandmothers aren't sent to the re-education camps and iPad factories).

I've found some pretty great records at yard sales. and not one of them was the Beatles. (nothing against them, I just got all theirs as hand me downs).

Thanks Curley Ann! I was watching that wondering what the records may have been - Beatles recording are not hard to come by, but I saw some MGM 50'ish looking ones that might have been fun. My cousin had a full box of 10 inch LPS from the early LP era - and he used them as beebee gun targets.

Oh NO!!!
Most of the 10-inch LP's I have in my library are either the 33-versions of 78 book sets, or re-issued gems from rare 78 labels (i.e. Ellington and Henderson hot jazz acoustics from the mid-20's!)
