A heartfelt thanks to all the Doctors of disk cutting who have been kind enough to share their wisdom over the years.
Our ability to network and learn from one another through the Lathe Trolls has cut the learning curve for the novice and created a unified communication network for disk mastering professionals.
Where else would you find out that the water pump belt from a 1953 Buick 88 can be used to drive the overhead on a Scully lathe?

I just looked at the bottom of the home page, seeing "there are 107 users online, including 7 registered users". Interestingly, 5 of those 7 "users" are software bots:

Those particular logged-in bots are important. They are the way Bing and Google, etc, continuously index the site for their search engines.
The site has a lot of "guest" lurkers. I suppose a certain number of them are bots, but statistics seem to indicate that a majority of them keep returning, so most are probably not.

I got dollars on my mind, To battle inflation, a project living thug with a college education. I done sailed the Atlantic, swam the Pacific, sold a bird in Egypt drew it up in hieroglyphics. Be specific, I still sip syrup and slang cheese, I even heard my flows being said in Chinese. ***** please. Im real, I used to be managed, my tongue flipping so fast you think that Hawk can speak in Spanish. - Big H.A.W.K.

By the way, the page visits on the blog (see, the blog button on the top?) are CRAZY. and I don't think they are correct. One post has been getting ~1500 views a day. The counts are not reflected in my google analytics, adpeeps OR youtube data. Either something in the blog software is hiccuping, or it is some kind of robot action, or I don't know what.

June 22 is just my way of saying thanks and what's up to this site although I did offer that Tiny Tim record. I think the most people I have seen logged in on the 22nd is like 6 or 8. Maybe it should just be changed to the 24th.
