Hi all -
Let's make a list of books and resources specifically made to help understand how to cut records.
Another poster recommended these two books:
Lathe Trolls Wikipedia page (101s of cutting):

If there are any places that offer official training in the art of cutting - please post them here as well. I'm so glad I found a network of people that are into the same niche hobby that I am. As always - thanks for contributing to the thread!

Re: Books and Educational Resources on Lathe Cutting
I second what Jccc just said.
I managed to grab a physical copy of vol.1 whilst I was still learning the basics and it taught me just about all I needed to get started.
