{Two threadcrapping posts removed.}

I'm all for minorities in this field of interest requesting solidarity and community on this board.

Furthermore. To _extend_ the intent of the orginal post, members of this board looking for solidarity ("let's link up") with their fellow LGBTQ record people, or fellow women.... Threads like that would all be A-OK with me.

Nuff Said indeed. Anyone with a problem with that can talk with me offline.

If a person of color wants to connect with other people of color in this white male dominated industry, they have the right to do that here.

If you are NOT a person of color, this thread does not apply to or affect you in any way, and your energies are better spent on other threads.

It's really disappointing to read the rude replies on this thread. I would also love to see more representation in a predominantly white male hobby/profession and I hope this forum can help be a catalyst for that change.

Welcome Byron!

sorry to pop into an older thread with only semi-relevant info, but I'm loving how Women In Vinyl (https://womeninvinyl.com/) is highlighting and uplifting their voices in the audio and specifically record community. I'm a big fan and continually in support and solidarity with under-represented groups making their presence known in audio fields. BLM!
