By brilliant request of rsimms3, I have added a BBCode for ebay! Now, if you click the ebay button while posting, this will show up:

If you put the number of the ebay item in the middle, say:

The item will show up in the thread, with a countdown. Hey, I'll try it now.

I updated the youtube code so it works like this now:

You want to enter the code that starts after "v="

Here's a nice new one! Let's say you are referring to another user of the board in a post. As long as you spell their username correctly, you can make the link clickable. This will allow any other logged-in board member to click that user's name, go to their profile, and check out their posts. This can be useful in the following scenario:

Noobie user: Hey, I have $2000 and I'd really like to start a pressing plant using recycled siding for houses! How hot should I bake the vinyls?

Longtime user: Hello and welcome, Noobie! I recommend that you do a search on mossboss's posts on this topic.

You code his name like this to get that result:

The ebay code has ceased working. I'm trying to fix it. But for now, this means that many ebay links in threads no longer work. They were temporary anyway, I suppose.

As a general rule, it's a good idea to include a redundant "normal" link whenever using a BBcode, including all other ones in this thread. One never knows when one of these little widgets will cease being supported, and it could destroy our ability to access old content.

OK....so some executive morons at Ebay apparently killed the ebay "to go" widget. So all postings that used it....no longer work. What a *#&$^$ hassle.

Explain a little better what you would like? What proportion of the screen would you like them to fill? are they overflowing any boundaries?
