im embossing with weight using tungsten

thats so awesome your able to emboss on picnic plates.

everytime i try to emboss on them with tungsten it just shreds the plate up no matter how much weight i adjust or angle.

i just end up cutting them with those Russian shanks from ebay which seems to work ok with them.

i cant cut them raw they bend like hell i have to stiffen them so hence the record sandwich
its way cheaper than polycarb and the diff in sound is not a deal breaker in fact i can get the plates louder
