Tungsten Needle in Neumann Ms 52H
i just narrowed down one of those tungsten needles off of ebay to fit inside a Neumann MS 52H cutting head.
I am waiting for my adaptor to arrive in the mail to mount the cutting head onto my Presto.
i will get back with results on how it goes.

not so the MS52. but this one already has some adaptor for smaller styli.
but why not just force a big nail into a precision device made for small gems...

i had a adaptor made by Len Horowitz to fit a 320 stylus.
i measured the diameter of the 320 stylus and it is around 1.21 mm or so .
from there i took a tungsten shank from ebay and carefully narrowed t down to the diameter to fit inside the 320 stylus adaptor.
i have done a test with it embossing in polycarbonate and it seems to work quite well.
i am using a special adaptor made by Agnew to mount the Neumann head onto the Presto cutting head mount.
