rebuild federal lathe

Anything goes! Inventors! Artists! Cutting edge solutions to old problems. But also non-commercial usage of record cutting. Cost- effective, cost-ineffective, nutso, brilliant, terribly fabulous and sometimes fabulously terrible ideas.

I have a Federal with the same lathe setup but minus the built in electronics. Does yours have the same overhead mechanism mine does where it only cuts inside > out? Looking forward to pictures and what you do with it.
