Who can help me with my VR T560 cutterhead?

Anything goes! Inventors! Artists! Cutting edge solutions to old problems. But also non-commercial usage of record cutting. Cost- effective, cost-ineffective, nutso, brilliant, terribly fabulous and sometimes fabulously terrible ideas.

One can imagine it, but did not realize! Do a better photo with a higher resolution!
Yes the sound is clear and brilliant over! I think we have achieved a breakthrough in terms of heights! First test was extremely successful in the measurement! 8) 8) 8)

gentlemen! yesterday reached a stereo effect, it is very, very difficult to realize! The head must be very, very precise! In another case, the stereo effect will not be heard!
Now I wonder about whether it is worth doing stereo heads ... or better to make heads mono, it's not a joke, a very difficult thing with this stereo.
Now I know why the stereo heads are very expensive because they cost up to 10 k $. Primitive is stereophony for $ 50, [made head for the car speakers for $ 50 a set, etc.]. It is only suitable for amateur recordings only, more for fun, never for professional mastering.
Today, I'll record from my newest head [amateur], the true stereophony, but very very far yet .....  :|

WRONG

Hey Saku .. it also has not said that it is easy. But on the contrary!!!
But unfortunately I have you here once disabuse.
If one works very well (you have the Centering absolutely do exactly!), Then you can also reach a good stereo effect! I have days to align the driver properly!
But we did it!
And this with (car tweeters !!!)
Also important is the exact geometry and the whole fine-tuning.
Thats it!
Fact: Precise operation and to reach his goal !!!

BTW:

It is indeed never reach the quality of a Neumann machine !!!
But otherwise pretty good (Professional recording) with a lot of power on vinyl!
We compare our vinyl recordings (by volume) in part with those of Bush Records.
And these disks are extremely loud!
But we're getting close !!!

Best regards

wav files go here not, therefore, mp3 high definition!
Do again a recording on vinyl, which are even fatter than polystyrene!
Since I am with the performance to almost + 12db

But here are some impressions of our Lathe with hubcaps-Head ... laughing
