Thickness of copper layer on DMM masters

For no other reason than curiosity, does anyone have a spec for the micron thickness of the copper layer on a DMM blank.

Apologies if this has been posted before, I had a quick skim and couldn't find anything.

Was hoping it was always exactly the same but can vary (slightly) between blanks in same batch even.

the official dmm document dated 15.04.1984 says: 100um +/-10 um.
