Viryl Not Responding To Us

Hi Trolls!
We put a deposit down on presses from Viryl Technology about 16 months ago, we cant get them to respond to us. Has their business activities seized?
I hope we aren't out money that would be terribly unfortunate. We were looking very much to having pressing inhouse.

I see other thread of Viryl mold problems, this is making me very concerned and that we award the wrong company business

I know their ticket system has been down as of late. Perhaps make direct contact via phone or email.
