Post and pre echo

Once you have cut a master laquer, you have metal stampers created and have records pressed from them. Discuss manufacturing here. (Record Matrix Electroforming- Plating, Vinyl Record Pressing.)

Cut too loud? Pre-echo from anoalogue tape that was wound head-out instead of tail-out, maybe? Plating bath too hot?

It is loud , let say than it goes to + 3 VU meter

cutted from digital ..

plating bath too hot ... yes ,. it can be that , but I can t know the temperature of the bath ...

it is not the first time I have this problem , I never had it during test cut ...

So I can think than it does not come from the cut in itself ...

I don t see other solution than using more " land " between each groove , but 20 micro meter ias already a lot ..

And I don t have those post and pre echo if I listen to the laquer

Well if you've eliminated the possibility that the pre/post echo was a part of the original cut it would have to happen somewhere down the production chain. Have you mentioned this to the platers/pressers? They might not be aware it is happening!
