Help identifying cutter/turntable

This is where record cutters raise questions about cutting, and trade wisdom and experiment results. We love Scully, Neumann, Presto, & Rek-O-Kut lathes and Wilcox-Gay Recordios (among others). We are excited by the various modern pro and semi-pro systems, too, in production and development. We use strange, extinct disc-based dictation machines. And other stuff, too.

Help identifying cutter/turntable

I’m new here so please pardon my ignorance. I recently acquired a cutter or turntable that is a complete mystery to me. I purchased it believing it was a unique turntable but it appears to have an Audak cutter head. The turntable has a crank mechanism that spins it between 33 and 45 rpm but not up to 78. There is a battery powered tube amplifier and built-in speaker.
What is this thing?
Any help is appreciated.
