T560 vacuum lid replacement

Hello I’ve had to replace the lid after 7 years of use.

Looked around everywhere and found the following, which looks great upgrade in wood.

Kmart $4!

This is the original lid that came with the VR. Costs around EUR 4.-
Haven‘t found this product in a (online-)shop. Made a call to a very friendly person from the „Verkauf“ team and she was so kind to arrange the shippment of 3 „Vorratsdose Rund“.

I had to replace mine too, but I just asked Souri to send me a new one. And he did.

That wood one looks sharp though!

I just got a couple of bits of scrap plywood, drunkenly cut them vaguely circular with a jigsaw, screwed them together with some thin rubber inbetween to seal against the rim of the jar and drilled a couple of holes in. It looks absolutely awful but works fine, and there's no way it's going to break again (well, until the plastic jar itself gives up, that is). If you can't do this yourself you're likely to know someone who can, and probably better than me.
