Presto 3N

This is where record cutters raise questions about cutting, and trade wisdom and experiment results. We love Scully, Neumann, Presto, & Rek-O-Kut lathes and Wilcox-Gay Recordios (among others). We are excited by the various modern pro and semi-pro systems, too, in production and development. We use strange, extinct disc-based dictation machines. And other stuff, too.

Hello ALL
I have a lead on a Presto lathe, the photos of the lathe that I have indicate it is a model 3N.
I don't see any info on this model online, nor any pictures of a presto that look like this one ... it is about the shape and size of an 8D cut in half vertically.
very cool lathe.
any info/tips deeply appreciated!
thanks so much!
yo
