Sounds very similar on laptop PC speakers. I don't normally respond to people who call a record a "vinyl" but I'll bite.... what did you cut it with?

I would think you could get your design cut into a self adhesive vinyl sheet, stick it onto a lacquer disc and plate it. This assumes the silver spray will adhere to the vinyl sticker.
Anyone who makes stampers can do this if they don't mind some experimentation.

Plants like Musicol and Palomino have been pressing ultra small runs for decades. To suggest the smallest pressing run is 5,000 units seems a little odd.

Looks neat. Is that steel plate the disc sits on oxidised??

Next step is to tilt it back by 45 degrees and install an actuator at the back to stop the record at the punch position. Once punched and the actuator releases, the the record falls into a waste bin.

These can come from the blades in the granulator chipping so don't granulate pucks.

Take it straight from the flash bin to the granulator and add in 30% re-grind to the virgin pellets. PVC dust and PVC chunks… it’s all the same.

Just don’t pick up flash off the floor. Once it’s on the floor, throw it away or sell it to the plastic recyclers.
