I have repaired regular warped albums with 2 pieces of glass with the album in a paper sleeve set in the sun.check it by lifting the top piece of glass bout every 10-15 minutes.when the album doesn't raise up put it in the shade until it cools,done!

Nice unit,I have the same one,had it re capped and new tubes.let me know if you need a guy to do that.

Embossing is polycarbonate ,or plexiglass.a heatlamp and clean the disc with lighter fluid,ronsonol works but be careful.ive had good results at 100-114 degrees f
