For reduce the noise during cutting process, I use on polycarbonate before to start to cut wood spray with beeswax. Try !

Mercedes is Mercedes, but I prefer Bmw. My uncle had a wonderful 520, and for me was a dream .
Apart this thing of cars, sicurely too I hope that in a future the Joanna heads start to work seriously, but I doubt , because it's wrong the starting approach.

Hello all, is there someone that produce or sell the springs for drive up and down the coil of a stereo cutting head ?

Otherwise someone here know the system for built it ? Better the Westrex system ( 2 point ) or classic suspension three point ?

I once I had tried to put a dc little gear motor but all vibrations goes to lathe and then on disc. I think that the best solution could be have a motor with low number of rpm without gears, similar to quartz dd motor of a turntable, with proper electronic controller.
