I also would be very interested in this unit, seems the perfect unit for cutting.
A part for the TC electronics one and the EMT one, are in the market other delays usable for cutting?

Re: Lathe studio engineer/electrician needed
Hi Nick, yes, you have a very strange / cool set up! Would be nice to know where it comes from. Probably my suggestions may seem a bit drastical, but i think they should be useful for you. - Probably this set up is not the best for a new cutter with almost no knowledge about cutting systems configur...

Re: Plastic cutting - thread frizzy
Hi Michaela, I cut plistic with a VinylRecorder, and the only issue sometimes si still annoying me is the suction. I think with plastic this is a reallly problematic thread, mostly for static charge, and i found out during the winter it is even worse, because the heating is making the air dry, and t...

Re: cutting room set up
Ciao Giordano,
In my experience the high frequencies effected by the acceleration limiter are not relevant in the pitch calculation, so i think you can buy just one maselec de esser to put on the modulation chain.
Out of curiosity, which cutting system are you setting up, and where?

Re: about lifetime of stylus (with vinyl recorder T560)
Hi Marcy, Actually at the moment i use the external motor + plate on a sl 1200, the sp 10 is for sale at the moment (if you are interested we can discuss this privately). I opted to go for the external motor + plate because i wanted to try 14" lacquers, a part for this, i would say the sp 10 has eve...

Re: about lifetime of stylus (with vinyl recorder T560)
Hi Mercy, I am using MyShank products everydays from 1 year and half. The average lifespan of the stylus is about 100h in my case. This is my configuration: 45 to 50gr weight without spring, 16 to 20gr on spring Myshank blanks heated with lamp at about 30' Stylus heating at 15 when new, to 40 when i...

Why Polycarbonate?
MyShank sells 2mm transparent PVC (as well as black PVC), much softer and way less noisier than PC, and also better for your stylus (longer lifespan).
I tried PC but i couldn't get a decent result, it is really to hard to get a good sound.

Re: calibrate /configure T560
Hi Guys, I have bought a second hand Vinyl Recorder one year ago, so simply i can't write to Souri. I'm with JP, you can't think Souri will provide full assistence, for free, forever, no manufacturer outside will do this. You have to know what a cutting system is, how it works, how a cutterhead work...

Same suggestions as above.
Another trick can be to do a little volume automation in the man peacks, so you keep the average volume hi, avoiding skipping problems.

Ok, i got big interest and orders, anyway i still need to place 1000 sheets to reach the minimum to process the order. so now i offer also this very advantageous possibility:
200 sheets (800 labels): 26€
100 sheets (400 labels): still same price, 15€

Re: Self Adhesive Labels Order
Ok, the labels will be 10cm instead of 9,5cm, probably is the most common size.
I have to say that the order will start if i reach at least 2000 sheets ordered, at the moment we are at 400 ordered.
Of course you pay just if the order start!

Self Adhesive Labels Order
I'm going to order 5000 DIN A4 self adhesive sheets with already cutted center labels. For the design i think to do 4 x 9,5cm labels with center hole (7,2mm) per sheet, but i'm open to different suggestions (like 10cm diameter). The labels will be in 80gr paper matt, printable with inkjet and laser...
