Is there anything I should be aware of? (routing etc) I am aware that I need to convert RCA into 1/4" Jack, is there any sound qualit...

I purchased a propagation heat mat, which is flat and heats to around 30c. Put a stack of discs on top of each other, eg: 20 disc pile.

Best of luck, mine are a little warped but straighten out ok. I ONLY purchase the 2mm discs now as I wasn't happy with the 1.5mm.

Just an update - the Chinese blanks had too much surface noise, so I am back to the drawing board with this.

After some serious ground work, I have sourced blanks in 2mm.

We can get black 12", 7" in 2mm with protective film. We will need to place order for bulk.

Question is - who will use these blanks if we can supply? Obviously we would be competitive on the other stores.
