I'm cutting on a 6N right now.
I think my current time limit is around 17-18 minutes.
And for sides that long I'd tack on a time charge.
Also "he" would be correct. FF is a one man rodeo.

Co-worker doesn't like the idea of de-silvering all of them because he's worried that changing the molecular structure of the surface will affect quality if we ever need to make new mothers off of them.

We've been pushing much higher volumes at the plating shop lately and it's been very troublesome to find time to flash all of our silvered parts.
Anybody know any alternatives to flashing for protecting silvered parts?

I'm familiar with them and I don't think it's horns, unless they're interferring in a way I've never encountered before. I think it's in the cutting somehow and not the playback.
