fixed the platter not returning issue - it was total user error [face palm]

still would like to find a schematic to see about recapping it and what other audio improvements could be made to it.

Does anyone have a schematic for the Vanrock, or parts list, or done any replacement of capacitors in the preamp section of it?

I'm not having any issues with that part, but would like to go through and see what I could replace, and also check the circuit.

Success! plays through, no skips, sounds good. I was using coins to add weight (3x quaters, 1x nickel, 1x dime == 24.06grams added) I'll see if I can get it down to maybe 22grams added (replace the nickel with a dime).
